LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
At Elements for Life, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition and super quick. Royal Mail and DHL are very reliable and typically parcels arrive on time and undamaged. And sometimes that unfortnuately isn't the case.
All orders will have a tracking link sent via the shipping confirmation email (check your spam folder if you don't see it) so you can follow progress.
In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our team with your order number and any relevant details.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our team.
If possible include photos of the damaged items or package, as these will be required when we claim compensation from the Royal Mail or courier.
Please report the damage within 72 hours of delivery, otherwise a refund or replacement might not be possible.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
