Any items sent outside of the United Kingdom may be delayed by customs and any extra customs charges will be your responsibility.

If you have food in your parcel, this is entirely at your own risk as customs may not let this through.

Orders shipping within Europe

Orders under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (where available), 2 - 25kg by tracked courier, charged at the standard rates below:

Please note that there may be a surcharge for some European countries, which you will be notified of and invoiced separately after checkout. This is due to the wide range of pricing for different countries.

Orders to the USA & Canada

Orders under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (where available), 2 - 5kg by tracked courier, charged at the standard rates below (liable to change as determined by the courier).

Orders not to Europe, USA & Canada
