How do I apply discount codes?Updated a month ago

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount Code'] field.

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalising your order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

Important notes

• Only one discount code per order.
• Most discount codes are subject to a minimum order value of £20 ex postage.
• Refer A Friend discount codes are subject to a minimum spend of £40 ex postage.
• Discounts are valid for for 30 days from the creation of the code
• Codes can be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discount codes cannot usually be used for gift cards, events or trees.
