Yes, we offer a no quibble returns policy!
You may return any items within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, providing that they are unopened and unused and in their original condition.
Our seamless return process operates through Collect+ offering you the convenience of printing the return label, dropping the parcel off at your local Collect+ location (7000 across the UK) with full tracking
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- it must also be in the original packaging
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note our free returns are only applicable to orders shipped within the UK.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days of returning your item(s), first check your account for the original payment method (Paypal or credit/debit card) again.
It may take some time before your refund is deposited due to the slow speed of the payment processor, which is beyond our control.

Sale & Promotional Items
Promotional or sale items are non-refundable, except in the case of defects.
